How long is the printing process?

The printing process takes approximately 3-4 business days. 

What shipping methods do you offer?

Most products can be shipped using one of three standard shipping methods:

  • UPS Ground
  • UPS 2-Day Air 
  • UPS Next Day Air

How long does UPS Ground shipping take?

For ground transit times, please see the UPS transit time map here. Enter “80501” in the ZIP code field and select “Shipped from this ZIP code” to calculate approximate business days in transit.

Can you rush my order?

Due to our production capabilities and our rigorous schedule, we are unable to expedite orders through our three-business-day production cycle. We do offer upgraded shipping, including UPS 2-Day Air or Next Day Air.

Do you offer returns?

We strive to deliver high-quality products based on the order specifications set forth by the account holder. We cannot offer returns or refunds based on flaws in the original image file or decisions made by the photographer, artist, or their client after the order was placed. Returns are only accepted if there is a defect in print, paper, or canvas. 

Replacements also require our three-business-day production time. The replacement will be shipped under the same shipping service level initially paid for in the original order (i.e. UPS Ground, UPS 2-Day, or UPS Next Day Air).

Damaged Goods

Reports of shipping or concealed damage must be made within 48 hours of receipt in order to qualify for a replacement.
